Any person who lives in Wallingford is encouraged to apply for a Wallingford Public Library card free of charge.
Applications may be made in person at the Main Library or at the Yalesville Branch or online.
To obtain a library card, adults must present a current CT driver’s license or CT State ID with current Wallingford address or a photo ID with one of the following: checks imprinted with name and address; current motor vehicle registration; or recent utility bill. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is able to supply proof of residency. The parents or legal guardians of children under 18 are responsible for any outstanding fines, bills, or overdue material on the child’s library card.
