The Children's Room is a special place for children, families, and those who work with children and their literature. A wide-ranging collection of books, audiotapes, videos, computer software and more is available for children from birth through grade six. Library cards may be obtained for children at any age. 

 Programs including story hours, films, reading programs, and special events during school vacations are offered to encourage children's interest in literature and the world around them. Homework Help is available during the school year to students in elementary through high school grades in English and in Spanish. All of our programs are free.
