Holiday Mail for Heroes

Friday November 8, 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in the Charlotte Collins Meeting Room

Once a year the American Red Cross delivers holiday cards to veterans, military families, and active duty service members at hospitals and installations around the world. This year the Wallingford Public Library will participate!

Adults are welcome to join local resident Doll Barnes and create holiday cards to send to our troops this holiday season. We'll supply the materials and get the finished cards to the post office too. For more information please visit the Red Cross.

Additionally, you may sign a card provided by the Library. Cards will be available to sign beginning November 13 on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and Fridays from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Library.
