Environmental Film & Discussion: Force of Nature

By Wallingford Pub... - Posted on 23 April 2013

Thursday, April 25th at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room

David Suzuki is a world-renowned scientist and environmental activist who asks, “How much is enough? Are there no limits? One species, us, is single-handedly altering the planet. We have become a force of nature.”

Suzuki weaves past, present and future, maintaining that a burgeoning population plundering the planet’s resources, combined with fossil fuel burning is altering the earth’s biosphere in irrevocable ways. Does the human brain that drives the destruction also contain the solution?

Please join us to view the film and share in the subsequent discussion. Wallingford residents Scott Grey and Sonja Wulff will moderate this event.
