Dr. David DeRosa will be the featured speaker for Five Secrets to Permanent Weight-Loss on Thursday, October 9th at 6:30 p.m. This program will explore how weight, nutrition, and exercise all play a role in maintaining a balanced, happy, and healthy life. Dr. DeRosa holds a B. S. in Public Health, a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from Life University and specializes in spinal health and nutrition response testing. All are welcome to attend this hour long, free program in the Library’s Community Room. Advance registrations are available in person, by phone at (203)265-6754 or online.
