Sinatra in Hollywood Author Event

Thursday, May 14th at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room

Everyone is welcome to meet author Tom Santopietro and enjoy his presentation of "Sinatra in Hollywood," focusing on the brilliant, fascinating, and occasionally inexplicable film career that earned Sinatra fame as one of the last legends from Hollywood's Golden Age. This program will include film clips and a book signing. Santopietro is author of two other celebrity books: "Considering Doris Day" and "The Importance of Being Barbra: The Brilliant, Tumultuous Career of Barbra Streisand."

Friday, April 24th at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room

Winner of 8 Oscars, this is an absolute must-see! Danny Boyle directed this wildly energetic Dickensian drama about the desultory life and times of an Indian boy whose bleak formative experiences lead to an appearance on his country's version of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?
